Dress Code

Beginner, Primary, Grade One, and Grade Two

• Plain black cap-sleeved leotard
• Pink tights (footed or convertible)
• Pink leather ballet shoes (from dance store)
• Black patent leather tap shoes
• Black ballet skirt (optional)

Grade 3, Grade 4, Level 5, and Level 6

• Plain black tank leotard
• Pink tights (footed or convertible)
• Pink split-sole ballet shoes (leather or canvas, from ballet store)
• Black leather tap shoes
• Black ballet wrap skirt (optional)

Level 7 and Level 8

• Black tank or camisole leotard
• Pink tights (footed or convertible)
• Pink split-sole ballet shoes (leather or canvas, from dance store)
• Black leather tap shoes
• Black wrap ballet skirt (optional)

Hair

• Hair is to be worn in a classical ballet bun (If student’s hair is too short for a bun, hair is to be securely pulled back away from face)

Each student will need a flesh-colored leotard (for the performance)
